Return Policy

Return Window:

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible products.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • Customized or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Securely package the item, including all original materials.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our team, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked.

Restocking Fees:

A restocking fee may apply to returned items. The fee varies based on the product and its condition upon return.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Processing:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
